Hur lägger jag till kontakter till favoriter i Outlook?

Du kanske är bekant med att lägga till e-postmappar som favoriter i Microsoft Outlook, vad händer om du lägger till kontakter i favoriter? Outlook 2013-användare kan snabbt kontakta en favoritkontakt från uppgiftsfältet, som att skicka e-post, ringa samtal, schemalägga möten etc. I den här artikeln visar jag dig hur du lägger till angivna kontakter till favoriter i olika situationer i Microsoft Outlook .

Om du antar att du tittar på ett e-postmeddelande i läsfönstret i Microsoft Outlook, kan du favorit avsändaren genom att högerklicka på kontaktbild (eller bildplatshållare) och sedan välja Lägg till i favoriter från högerklickmenyn. Se skärmdump nedan:

Ibland kan du söka kontakter från To-Do Bar direkt. Du kan också lägga till en viss kontakt till favoriter från sökresultaten.

 

Steg 1: Visa kontakter i uppgiftsfältet genom att klicka på Att göra-bar > Personer på utsikt fliken.

Steg 2: Gå till uppgiftsfältet och skriv in kontaktnamnet du kommer att favorit i sökrutan.

Steg 3: I sökresultaten högerklickar du på kontakten som du kommer att favorit och väljer Lägg till i favoriter från högerklickmenyn.

Vissa Outlook-användare kanske vill lägga till vissa kontakter till favoriter från mappen People / Contact.

Steg 1: Växla till vyn Människor och visa mappen i vyn Människor genom att klicka på Ändra vy > Personer på utsikt fliken.

Steg 2: Högerklicka på kontakten du vill lägga till som favorit och klicka sedan på Lägg till i favoriter från högerklickmenyn.

Om du har öppnat kontaktkortet för en viss kontakt kan du lägga till kontakten till favoriter genom att klicka på ellipserna  förutom Redigera (eller Lägg till) och välj sedan Lägg till i favoriter från listrutan. Se skärmdump nedan:

Here's something .. it appears you cannot add the special folder types of Contact Items, nor Calendar Items, as Favorite "shortcuts" in the Mail view of Outlook.

This fact is hidden very subtly in the first sentence at the MS Office link:

Favorites is the section located at the top of the folder pane and lets you keep frequently used mail folders easily available. You won’t have to scroll through the Folder Pane to find the folder that might be several levels deep within the Folder Pane.

A contact folder is of type "Contact Items", similarly the calendar folder is of type "Calendar Items", where Mail folders are of type "Mail and Post Items"

Is adding contact to favorites will trigger message for that same contact, that someone had added you in favorites? likewise if we add any contact from LYNC or Skype for business it send notification about it.

Dear team, I want add contact in outlook 2013.But problem is that when i add contact in outlook,no option show add in outlook. Only add in favourite option show Please help me.

if you don't see "add to favorites" make sure you are in "mail" view on the navigation pane (bottom left corner) and not "folders" view. (click on the envelope icon). i also noticed that if you are using a contact card to save info like a password, so there is no phone number or email address, there is no actual 'contact" therefore outlook won t let you add to favorites. just add a name, email, phone number and you will be able to save to favorites.

Is this gone in Outlook 2016? I dont have the add to and remove from options after the upgrade. They were all there before, and were something that I used regularly.

I am looking at the section: "Add a specified contact to favorites when reading an email in Outlook 2013" I do not see an option to Add to Favorites when I right click on the profile picture. My only options are: Copy Edit Contact Copy Contact Card
