Hur räknar jag e-post efter kategori i Outlook?

Du kanske har markerat e-postmeddelanden med färgkategorier i Outlook. Men vet du hur man räknar e-post efter kategorier? Den här artikeln kommer att dela två lösningar:

Denna metod hjälper dig att ta reda på alla e-postmeddelanden som är markerade med de angivna färgkategorierna av Snabbsökning och sedan enkelt få det totala antalet alla sökresultat på Statusfält.

1. I Post visa, tryck ctrl + E samtidigt för att aktivera Sökverktyg.

2. klick Sök > kategoriserasoch välj sedan den angivna färgkategorin som du räknar e-postmeddelanden med.

3. Nu visas alla e-postmeddelanden som är markerade med den angivna färgkategorin och listas i e-postlistan. Och du kan enkelt få det totala antalet sökresultat i statusfältet. Se skärmdump:

Anmärkningar:

(1) För att räkna e-postmeddelanden markerade med Gul kategori och Orange kategori skriv samtidigt sökkriterierna category: = "Gul kategori" OCH "Orange kategori" i Snabbsökning låda direkt:

(2) För att räkna e-postmeddelanden markerade med Gul kategori or Orange kategori skriv samtidigt sökkriterierna category: = "Gul kategori" ELLER "Orange kategori" i Snabbsökning rutan direkt.

Denna metod introducerar en VBA för att räkna e-postmeddelanden efter kategori i ett anpassat datumintervall i Outlook. Gör så här:

1. I Post visa, välj den e-postmapp som du räknar e-postmeddelanden.

2. Tryck andra + F11 samtidigt för att öppna Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications-fönstret.

3. klick Insert > Modulernaoch klistra sedan in under VBA-koden i det nya öppningsmodulfönstret:

4. tryck på F5 eller klicka på Kör-knappen för att köra denna VBA.

5. (1) I den första popup-dialogrutan Microsoft Outlook, skriv in startdatumet för det anpassade datumintervall som du räknar e-postmeddelanden inom och klicka på OK knapp. (2) Ange slutdatum i den andra Microsoft Outlook-dialogrutan och klicka på OK knapp. Se skärmdumpar:

Och nu kommer en dialogruta ut som visar antalet e-postmeddelanden markerade med färgkategorier. Se skärmdump:

hi, i was able to do the export to excel, by eliminating the row Dim xWb As Workbook, xWs As Worksheet, but i really need to count the emails on daily basis, on the input date window, if i put the same day it wont give me back any results, i have to put 2 different days for it to work, is there a way around this? so i can count the emails on 1 day instead of 2

The total number of emails just used to appear beside the Name of the catagory. Does anyone know how to set this?

Hello, is there is a possibility to count letters marked with categories if in one letter we have few cases and they must be counted: for example green category - 1 letter with 3 cases inside = 3 green category cases ?

Hi guys,
To make the above code run porperly, please first enable the reference of “Microsoft Excel 16.0 Object Library”.
To do so, please do as follows:1. In your Outlook, go to the tab Developer > Visual Basic.2. In the pop-up window, click Tools.3. In the pop-up dialog, check Microsoft Excel 16.0 Object Library, then click OK, see screenshot.
Note that the 16.0 indicates version number, so if it's not the same in your dialog, it doesn't matther. However, if you cannot find the Microsoft Excel (version number) Object Library, make sure that you have Excel installed in your computer.
After you enable the reference, please use the code above.

Can you add a way to breakout the count columns by day? So I could run a full month and then have counts broken out by day.

Thank you so much for your help!! I don't think I was clear enough in my initial question. Is there a way to have it break out by category and then give a count by day? So X Category would be broken down by count into date columns?

Hi Thanks, it works perfectly, just one quick query- Can we get the Msgbox results to be displayed in excel, as whenever i want to run the macro it should be displayed in excel.
