Hej, allihop,
Ik maak gebruik van kutools om e-mailbijlagen van verschillende accounts in Outlook automatisch op te slaan. Het heeft tot nu toe goed gewerkt (2 maanden). Helaas zijn de bijlagen van sommige e-mails die op 5 januari zijn verzonden, niet op schijf opgeslagen. Ik heb gecontroleerd of de regels voor automatisch opslaan correct werken - geen probleem hier.

I am using kutools to save automatically email attachments from different e-mail accounts in Outlook. It has worked well so far (2 months). Unfortunately, the attachments of some emails sent on January 5 are not saved to disk. I've checked that the autosave rules are working correctly - no problem here. Any ideas?

Hi pawel_nl,
Can you check your email protocol? Is it exchange, pop or IMAP? If it is exchange, the attachments autosaving may be dedayed if you didn't open Outlook in time.
To make sure all your attachments are autosaved, after you finishing the mails sending and receiving, keep the Outlook running in the background for a while. Kutools will autosave your attachments when no operation is performed on Outlook.
