Klicka på Kutools> Infoga> Infoga bilder från sökväg (URL) ... för att aktivera funktionen

Gör så här för att infoga bilder från webbadresser.

1. Aktivera funktionen genom att klicka Kutools > Insert > Infoga bilder från sökväg (URL).

2. I Infoga bilder från sökväg (URL) dialog, snälla:

  • 1) Välj cellintervallet med webbadresserna som du vill infoga bilder baserat på i Sökväg (URL) Område sektion;
  • 2) Välj en tom cell där du ska mata ut bilderna i Infoga intervall (en cell) sektion;
  • 3) Ange bildstorleken som du behöver i Bildstorlek (Pixel) sektion;
  • 4) Klicka på OK knapp. Se skärmdump:

Sedan visas alla bilder baserat på de angivna webbadresserna enligt nedanstående skärmdump.

Infoga / visa bilder från filvägar i Excel

Om du vill visa bilder från filvägar, försök enligt följande.

1. Aktivera funktionen genom att klicka Kutools > Insert > Infoga bilder från sökväg (URL).

2. I Infoga bilder från sökväg (URL) dialogrutan, slutför inställningarna nedan:

  • 1) I Sökväg (URL) Område markera cellerna som innehåller filvägarna du kommer att visa bilder baserat på;
  • 2) I Infoga intervall (en cell) avsnitt, välj en cell som du ska mata ut bilderna;
  • 3) Ange bildstorleken som du behöver i Bildstorlek (Pixel) sektion;
  • 4) Klicka på OK knapp. Se skärmdump:

Nu infogas bilder i specifika celler baserat på de angivna banorna. Se skärmdump:

Anmärkningar:

1. Om du markerar Lägg till originalbild som kommentar rutan i den här dialogrutan kommer bilderna att infogas i kommentarer med originalstorlekarna samtidigt.

2. Enligt Excel-specifikationerna och gränserna (https://support.office.com/en-us/article/excel-specifications-and-limits-1672b34d-7043-467e-8e27-269d656771c3) måste bredden på de infogade bilderna vara mindre än 2045 pixlar och den fasta höjden måste vara mindre än 547 pixlar.

3. Om den angivna storleken överskrids den begränsade storleken justeras de infogade bilderna automatiskt.

when i use the split data it doesnt grab the images accordingly and im splitting my workbook into aprox 50 sheets is there a better way to do this without going through each workbook

Dear team,
When I added the images matching column through kutools which I just purchased to solve my problem after spending 52USD, still my problem persists, as the image quality becomes worse on its own after adding thrugh kutools in excel. Please help.

Hi akshay,

To solve this problem, please select File > Options to open the Excel Options window. Then select Advanced in the left pane, check the Do not compress images in file checkbox and then click OK to save the changes.

Hi,

Does this feature not work if the URL link is a formula?

I connected to Anaplan module which displays the account logo link based on the user selection of specific account name. This way the in the other tab the table information (coming from separate Anaplan module) is updated based on the user selection of account name and the link would also update based on same to populate the grid and the logo image.

I have a spreadsheet I use for a list of names.
The cells have the names.
Some of the cells would have the same picture.
(Think of a family list for ancestry)
To have the same picture show more than once would make the file very large.

Is it possible to have two worksheets in the same workbook.
One sheet is for only pictures.
The other sheet shows the names, the names of parents.

Can I put a code (similar to html) that can show the same picture more than once.
Not embed, that would make the file size too large.
But only to show the picture with a click.
Another click hides the picture.

When the workbook is closed, only the original pictures on their own sheet are retained.

Showing this same procedure inside a comment would be fantastic too.
(This way, embed picture once, show many.

Hi Jane Anderson,
This feature has been upgraded to include the "add original image as comment" option, please watch out for our new release.
You can select a cell in another worksheet as the picture storage area to separate the picture worksheet from the original data worksheet.
But this feature will not help you to achieve inserting pictures based on names only, you need to provide the picture storage path. Or you can use the "Match Import Picture" fearure to handle this problem.

No funciona en Windows 11 ni en Windows 10 esta funcion... aun no he probado en Win7... y he probado la version 21 y 24 de kutools.. que horrible que lo publiciten tanto.... Cuando lo mando a trabajar, se poco antes de llegar al 100% se pega, independiente de usar otro ser de url o no....
