Hur lägger jag till muspekaren till en viss form i Excel?

I många fall måste du tilldela makro till en viss form för att köra makrot genom att klicka på det i kalkylbladet. Efter att ha tilldelat formen makro kan du lägga till musen över spetsen för att påminna dig om vad formen gör i framtida användning. Den här artikeln visar två metoder för att lägga till muspekaren till en viss form i Excel.

Lägg musen över spetsen till en viss form genom att lägga till hyperlänk

Du kan lägga till hyperlänk med ScreenTip till en viss form i kalkylbladet. Gör så här.

1. Högerklicka på den form du behöver för att lägga muspekaren och klicka sedan på Hyperlänk från högerklickmenyn. Se skärmdump:

2. I Infoga hyperlänk dialogrutan, klicka på skärm knapp. Och i Ställ in skärmtips för hyperlänk dialogrutan, ange den skärmtips du behöver visa medan du svävar över formen med musen. Klicka slutligen på OK knapp. Se skärmdump:

3. När den återgår till Infoga hyperlänk dialogrutan, klicka på Bokmärke knapp. Ange sedan A1 i rutan Typ i cellreferensrutan Välj Plats i dokument och slutligen klicka på OK knapp.

4. Klicka på OK knapp i Infoga hyperlänk dialogrutan för att avsluta skapandet av hyperlänken.

Nu kan du se skärmspetsen visas när du svävar över formen med musen.

Du kan enkelt lägga muspekaren till en viss form efter att ha kört följande VBA-kod.

1. Öppna kalkylbladet innehåller den form du kommer att visa tips när du flyttar musen över. Högerklicka på arkfliken och klicka sedan på Visa kod från snabbmenyn.

2. I Microsoft Visual Basic för applikationer kopiera nedanstående VBA-kod till kodfönstret.

3. klick Insert > Modulerna. Ange sedan VBA-koden nedan i modulfönstret.

Anmärkningar:

1). Byt ut “Klicka för att köra makro"Och"Rektangel 4”Med din skärmtips och namnet på den specifika formen.
2). Byta ut "MoveRow" i kö "Ring MoveRow"till det makronamn du har tilldelat formen

3. tryck på F5 för att köra koden. Sedan läggs den angivna skärmspetsen till den specifika formen omedelbart.

Doesn't work..... if there is a hyperlink associated with the shape then the macro will not run....

Step 1:
In the worksheet contains the shape you will display tip, right click the sheet tab and select View Code from the context menu. And then copy below VBA into the Code window:

End Sub

Step 2:
Open the Module code window, copy below code into the Module window.
Please change "MoveRow" in the line Call MoveRow to the macro name you assigned to the shape, and then press the F5 key to run the code.

When i use Screen Tip and press on shape Macro Deosn't work. Is any way to fix that? Use Screen tip on shape and keep macro working? Thank youĄ
